Of course, it's true. Time is of the essence, and we struggle with spending hours on end, creating, engaging, and growing. More and more entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, mompreneurs, thispreneurs, and thatpreneurs, including side gig hustlers, are emerging every day.  We have to find new ways to manage our energy.  Time management and energy management are crucial not just for our businesses but for ourselves as well.

I don’t know anybody raising their hand to be overwhelmed.

Spending eight hours a day on social media can be detrimental to your productivity.

However, we all love the benefits of social media, and we definitely love the growth and authority that it provides to us. Unfortunately, we don't all have the time to dedicate to building a social media fortress organically. Or sometimes, we want to step up our game and run targeted ads to people who are already interested in what we have to offer to maximize our organic efforts.

So what do you when you done have the time?  Or you just want to level up!

Studies say one out of every three Instagram are users have made a purchase after discovering a new product on Instagram, and there are 1 billion monthly active users.

I'm no math whiz, but that's telling me that’s a lot of Cho-Cho's!
