3 Steps to Create Your Ideal Life

1. Assess 

The first step is to assess where you are, and the most crucial aspect is being honest with yourself. This means that you don’t look at it from an optimistic or pessimistic perspective but one that is objective. You need to assess what is currently happening in all the aspects of your life, including your health, relationships, and businesses.

2. Vision 

The second step is creating a vision. You can have a clear vision by answering these questions: 

From here, you can begin to highlight what is missing or what are some aspects of your life you should put more time in. The crucial aspect of this step is forgiving yourself for the things you may have neglected. For you to be able to do this is by understanding that you have the capability to choose to improve it. 

3. Intention 

The last step is the intention to take actionable steps to work on it. This can include planning and scheduling; it might even be specific goals. One great way to start is by picking a few aspects of your life and choosing to focus on certain categories. You can also pick three things you want to work towards as a goal. This will help you create a clear path to highlight your intention and take steps to reach your destination.
